Whats to stop a tattoo parlor from using a template to guide where each dot is placed or even to stop a automated tattoo printing machine from making a fake ID Tattoo?

Perhaps 1 way around fakes, would be a tattoo pattern for ID, and a single quantum entangled dot placed in the middle. The oaired entangled dot being located at UN HQ in a 3D array of 2000x2000x2000 dots, where to check each indivudual, the scann8ng device TAPS the quantum entangled dot and sends a request to confirm agaibst scanned ID, the UN HQ then receives via the corresponding quantum entangled dot a TAP signal and also receives the request from hand held scanner to confirm, then reply sent back confirming is genuine and also responds with vax status.

Above method would mean a single UD Tattoo with a single communication quantum entangled dot, would be suffixent for compleye medical n vax record. Where full record held on UN HQ Database.

The hand held scanner could have a module/chip that also uses quantum entanglement to communicate with UN HQ.

Above would make it impossible to fake. The quabtum communication could limit possible commands, based on level of access for each scanning device, such that impossible to hack and change database.
