Hi BFD, I got the same thing as you, we were chatting about this about two years ago, you don't know me because I never log in. I was wondering what you took for this and when it went away? Hey there... I was taking zinc, d3, liposomal c, and lysine back then. That didn't do much. The only thing I can think of that turned the tide was spending a lot of time in the summer sun for a few weeks. Sun exposure seems to be the ticket. |

Question can one get Covid from meds? Yeah, I break my zinc pills in half (50mg) and skip a few days here and there. Now I take zinc, quercetin, d3, k2, liposomal C, lysine, selenium, and my normal multivitamin/b-complex. And sea kelp. Honestly, I think a decent diet with moderate exercise and sun exposure is key. |
