Started coming down sick yesterday with what felt like the common cold, until later in the evening I started throwing up and pooping water out through the entire night. The throwing up stopped and now it’s back to feeling like a cold.

In NC at the moment, there seem to be a very high percentage of people catching a cold like sickness. Nearly everyone I run into has it, had it, or their spouse/relative has/had it. FWIW, Last week I got slammed with some kind of allergy... literally felt a wave over me walking through the parking lot of my job... extremely itchy, nonstop runny nose, and hives on the roof of my mouth... came and went in about ~4 days... no pain like with a sinus infection or upper respiratory problem... just an extreme outdoor allergic reaction, unusual for this time of year... Take antihistamines to dry up everything. Oregano oil is good also. Keep hydrated.
