I ordered XL men's boxers. I received XS boys underwear.

Last year I ordered a nice socket wrench set from them, and it got "lost in the mail", tracking had no movement for like 2 weeks.. So I message them up, and they just go ahead and send me a second one.. So far so good. But at the same time, I had hit up the post service about the lost package, and finally they must have found it because it started moving and showed up. So I hit Amazon up again, and tell them that hey, I now have two of this item i ordered.. So they said, after a bit of back and forth.. well go ahead and keep the second one as a christmas present.

I bought enegy bars from amazon once and the package came with a tear in the corner, a bunch of bars missing, and a lot of remaining bars were smashed open. They used a soft plastic enevelope to mail it and it obviously got crushed during shipping.

Amazon hasn't been able to get an order right or have it arrive on time since about 9 months before covid.

Zero issues with Amazon this holiday season. I didnt shop on their site this year, shopped local instead.

LOL everyone is short-handed. I ordered a cardigan sweater from Amazon last week. It came in earlier this week. Then, I got another of the exact sweater today! I thought, I am not paying for an envelope and postage to ship that thing back - gave it to a friend.

Fed Ex lost my Christmas present this week from my son. The one from my daughter (USPS) is held up at the post office because they have this huge pile of packages and only two people to sort them all out!

Past few months walmart online has been so chaotic ive gotten free stuff and money back for a full order when only a couple items were missing. Promo codes for money just to say sorry we screwed up.

I know of a time where they sent a sex toy instead of a gift for Gramma. It was opened on Christmas in front of everyone, little kids, etc. I got to hear one side of that call to management.

I have had nothing but good luck with Amazon. Saves me so much time rather than running out to shop! It saves money on gas, and most items are cheaper than in stores. For instance, a tablecloth that was $99.00 in Macy's was $25.00 on Amazon. I bought three so far.

A few of my orders were ordered with prime and due to arrive before Christmas but I'm now getting emails from Anazon telling me they will be arriving after Christmas instead... so, that is a bummer....

If I had of known, I wouldn't have bothered...they're pointless now...
