The Government hopes that offering accommodation post-vaccination will improve uptake, as some rough sleepers are hesitant about side effects when living on the streets

It's no worse than people who post such news articles 24/7 online but actually never do anything to help the afflicted. People like OP are completely complicit in this sort of cruel behavior: if it weren't for people feigning outrage on message boards and instead taking action into their own hands, such edicts would never come into existence. Both OP and the architects of this plan thrive on "cheap grace."
