I have not tried it before. How do you take it? Mix it with water or juice? Does it taste bad on its own?

I saw some people talking about it, and they said there is one brand that is better than all the the rest, because the manufacturing process removes aluminium (not sure if aluminium, it was some kimd of metal). But I can't remember what that brand was. Arm and Hammer perhaps?
