What kind of fear-mongering shit is this? Pitbulls CAN be very dangerous, but most depends on genetics, environment and the owner. Just as any dog can be vicious (same with people) not ALL of them are evil or out to kill.

To sit here and claim as most of these morans are, that EVERY pitbull is predisposed to violence is a sign of vast ignorance. Certain bloodlines are worst than others and mutts being the worst. German Shepherds can be just as vicious. The difference is the owner, the commands and the training.
Won't actually waste anymore time in this thread but anyone claiming ALL pitbulls will attack clearly base their worldviews on media sensations that litter the internet. This was one of the worst examples of a dog attack, and I'm willing to bet these owners knew fck all about training and temperement.

Parroting about training, temperament, yet failing to acknowledge about instinct, individual breed only exposes your amateurism. There is a reason, among dog breed, some breeds or one specific breed performing, prone to some thing at higher level. Pitbull proneness to fatal attack is undeniable.
As working dog, Pitbull as a breed failed in every department. Retrieving, pointing, cattle shepherd, law enforcing work... Training Pitbull with its low level of obedience, which is considered untrainable by all professionals, is playing Russian roulette. The instinct is always there: biting without command and not releasing even with command. No amount of training would remove that instinct.
Their line of work, hunting rat in pit is no longer exist.
