The last time Europe had a major war it was left in rubble, it took 30 years to clean up the mess and rebuild. If Europe (NATO) has a major war with Russia Europe will be left in ashes and there won't be anyone left to clean up or rebuild, the same can probably be said for most of the West, including the U.S.
