After years and years of distillations, a lot can be understood in this process, but again its something experienced and hard to describe. But once you have, its easy to tell which authors that have gone through the experience and those that are spewing nonsense. It is also easy to tell where at in the alchemical journey one is, and 'if they could stay the course'

In fractionally distillation we have seen nearly every color of the rainbow, its seems to go in reverse and then jump 'octave' spectrum once it gets back to red. So at red, it goes on to purple, on to blue, green, yellow, orange, red, I have lots of pictures of setups and distillates, Once you get to compounds above 200C in the plant kingdom it all goes 'black'. But you will see the entire rainbow between 100C and 200C its an amazing experience, but smells terrible.

The truth, with full understanding of these skills there is a lot of money to be made, not by transmuting lead into gold, but with various products in which one will make in the pursuit of 'perfection'.

I've built and sold systems that purify ethanol to 96% and rates of dozens of gallons per hour, and still do to this day. I have setup multiple large companies that extract various compounds from plants all over the world. Every plant is different, different climates have different effects on the same species. You would be scared of the amount of trace pesticides/herbicides found in all food, but a considered safe in such small doses. We are currently working a project to find ways to remove DDT and other harmful chemicals from soils that they can be made a new. Using the alchemical process to regenerate the soils, and not using chemistry to make it reliant on chemical additives. A forest grows just fine.

Theodore Reuss is another figure, and now correct me if I’m wrong, but it seems that Reuss may have deviated towards going down an similar path as Crowley....

Anyway, another very interesting individual regarding Alchemy, Rosicrucianism, and the whole Gnostic Church phenomenon—of whom there is little information on (pretty much only mentioned on Peter Koenig’s above-mentioned website)—is someone with the last name Peithman or Peithmann seemingly referred to as Basilius or Basilides.

Now the prolific Colombian-Mexican author known as Samael Aun Weor seems to have a connection to E.H.C. Peithmann, but I don’t know if this is only hearsay. In his The Three Mountains, Samael refers to his Guru as “Adolfo”, and keeps his identity secret (which is understandable); and I wonder if he might be this above-mentioned Peithmann. Or perhaps the Charles Waldemar mentioned in his The Mystery of the Golden Blossom. But this only speculation on my part.

I didn’t watch it yet, but that being said, and based on the title; the Bönpo, Tantrayana, and/or Dzogchen Bardo texts mention the womb as being at best an hot unpleasant place to be gestated within.

As interesting as Western Alchemy and the whole Gnostic Church thing is, IMHO it would be much better to find a authentic Buddhadharma or Bönpo Guru or Lama instead.

To add-on some more:

There is also the Ghanaian (and Caribbean(?)) Ra Un Nefer Amen, who although clearly a black nationalist, was interestingly at one time a leader of a section of Rudolf Steiner’s Anthroposophical Society.

Some say that he plagiarized the Alchemical and Egyptological writings of Schwaller de Lubicz, and I’m not sure if that’s true or not; but RUNA’s (like Guayusa (lame self-inside-joke)) writings are quite interesting, even though they themselves claim that chews & whites are mostly plagiarizers (can’t blame him on the former necessarily).

My main qualms with his writings, is that they borrow a lot from esoteric Buddhism in a manner that implies that he’s in on their ‘secrets’ (e.g. Evans-Wentz translations mainly); yet I’m not sure that he can lay claim to such.... At least he cites his sources regarding the latter though.

Side-factoid: Wesley Snipes was a student of R.U.N.A., and also of the 80’s martial-arts icon Chaka or Shaka Zulu.
