If a product makes someone sick, it should be pulled immediately and the makers investigated.

If that product kills someone, the makers should be prosecuted for manslaughter.

If that product kills someone and they knowingly continue to use it and it continues to kill people, That's Premeditated Murder. The makers should get the Death Penalty!
