Update:

The doctors have been in. They’re very pleased with Dakota’s progress. At the moment they’re still running labs on him every 6 hours. They are making sure there’s no infection in his urine.

They’re pleased with how well the kidney is doing. They are going to move him out of surgical icu just as soon as a room upstairs becomes available.
