Cali here, I'm moving...soon..kinda, I think.

I like cold weather, and I'm not a liberal.

Thinking either Alaska, South Dakota, Montana...open to other suggestions, though.

I want a lot of land, few to zero neighbors, a river/creek on the property, lots of trees, and a million $$ view...and a cute conspiracy chick to keep the kitchen (tats and piercings are ok, not mandatory -- not vaxx'd IS mandatory).

Look at north of Whitefish to the border. Olney, Eureka, Trego, Rexford. And over in the West Kootenai (also a Rexford address). 20 acre parcels common. Drop dead gorgeous snow-cap mountain views of the Tobacco range and Lake Koocanusa. Awesome well water. Olney gets more snow. Trego lots of preppers. West Kootenai a mix of Canadian summer vacationers, out of state retirees, Amish. Whitefish great little town, Big Mountain ski resort. But the city water is chlorinated and real estate is expensive. Prices not yet as bad as mountain towns west of Denver, CO. And way more trees. Lots to do in northwest Montana. Beautiful lakes,fishing,ice-fishing,river-rafting, skiing, dog-sledding, etc. Friendly people. Big box stores in Kalispell, 20 minutes south of Whitefish. Based on what you're looking for, north of Whitefish would fit the bill.
