It seems to me that anyone who is a whistle blower or a thorn in their side, they target with a stronger strain of the illness and they end up dying on vents, assassination.

I hope that is not the case here and he recovers, but he's the one Action4Canada has on the job against these mandates.

No defences filed for any parties in these cases. You usually have to file your defence within a month.

That article definitely brings up valid questions both for and against. In all reality, a constitutional challenge would take years in the courts most likely anyways and as we all can see, in this timeline we definitely don’t have that long.
