Quoting: T-Man lol Just because say a chinese firm is in america, does not mean the american gov are involved with its actions. Just like a usa lab in kasakhstan, does not mean involvement with russia or china. Secret money, and secret motivations of all sorts go on. Front companies, that operate probably are very hard to define who really owns them. So, its not surprising usa has a bio lab in kasakhstan, they probably have many along russian, or chinese borders, for all sorts of reasons. |
