I think, but haven't watched, the insurance would not pay because they say the vaccine killed him, and he took it voluntarily.. so, suicide. Bombshell if it's true.

It seems that many insurance companies wont pay out for those who die from it. This also happened in Italy (?) I think. Anyone know of the law on this?

Worth noting that this episode shows an excellent short video on vaccine effectiveness and the figure used to measure that. The actual effectiveness of the vaccine is 1%. Cant remember the time stamp but it's in this episode referenced in OP.

I would guess it's satire or wishful thinking, however there could come a time in the not-so-distant future when jurisprudence will have to rule on this type of case

What about the notion that IF YOU DIE AND ARE ANTIVAX they wont pay "because it too, is suicide"?

If you take an experimental product and it kills you no insurance will pay. Same if your a test pilot for an experimental plane. Why would they. It’s going to be insurance companies paying for autopsies nd and winning over and over.

I could not confirm this information OP, and honestly seeing how courts have been in bed with politicians since the beginning of the covid hysteria, I find it hard to believe. The federation of French insurance companies have denied the claim that they wouldn't pay in case of death after a covid vaccine.

No they pay out natural death like from a communicable disease. The do not payout deaths resulting from voluntary consumption of experimental products. You understand practically every industry will benefit from your stupidity.

Not when they pay for the autopsy and take it to court proving an immune response killed the person. They won’t bother with some low payouts but in a year or two it will be common knowledge.

It’s cut and dry… consuming an experimental product is standard language in every life insurance policy. Same with test drives with non consumer products. Make a homemade motorcycle and die on it you just lost life insurance.

If you think I’m wrong check your own policies. You can’t test experimental products and maintain a policy.

In a year or two, if the death toll happens to be what we expect, yes the story will be different...

It was probably very obvious and a 2-5 million dollar policy and the insurance company said hell no and easily won. The suicide language is for clicks what happened is they proved his involvement in a medical experiment lead to his death.

Exactly! It’s been proven over and over everything going into an arm is a medical experiment which gives legal coverage to all insurance and mandators, creators etc. you assume ALL outcomes by participating!!!!!

Actually they would have to pay unless they have a pandemic clause. Rarer but sometimes included. A Covid death is a natural event regardless of the available treatment. Life insurance can not require medical intervention except the exclusion of NON APPROVED INTERVENTION… the vaccine.

The insurance companies were mentioning this back last June, they said they will not be paying out life insurance policies to those who got vaccinated. Because they cant prove or disprove they died from the vaccination and not from natural causes.

They also said the same about disability claims. That they wouldnt pay out disability claims because they wouldnt be able to prove the injury or condition was or was not caused by the vaccination or by some other cause.

In the eyes of the law the Covid Vaccine is equivalent to a Christian scientists attending a prayer circle to cure stage 4 cancer.

It’s not the prove or not, it’s because you participated in a consumer safety or medical experiment! Clearly excluded in the continuation of the policy.
