That's exactly what it means. They cannot force businesses to mandate now. A win for you and many others.

Wrong - the GOVERNMENT can't force a business to force you.

The business can still force you if they want.

Sure anyone can force anyone to do anything if they submissively comply, however, that doesn't make it lawful, or legal now does it.

Lawyers suck until people need them, but these days we're going to need them more than ever. Submissive and apathetic people will always get bullied and tortured because that is the role they play, but that doesn't mean it's right, or legal. In this case, people have legal recourse to sue now.

OSHA SAYS EMPLOYERS ARE LIABLE FOR MANDATED VACCINE DAMAGES AND CANNOT PENALIZE EMPLOYEES FOR REJECTING

"If you require your employees to be vaccinated as a condition of employment (i.e., for work-related reasons), then any adverse reaction to the COVID-19 vaccine is work-related. The adverse reaction is recordable if it is a new case under 29 CFR 1904.6 and meets one or more of the general recording criteria in 29 CFR 1904.7.

I work for the Feds and we were just advised by the union VP to use worker's comp for any COVID related illness. I now wonder if they are preparing for damage control?
