It tells me that they feel like they need to release a worse virus in order to pound the public into submission. The SC would be ruling in favor of Biden's mandate, if they thought they could get away with it. They need to do some more "convincing" first..

Forcing it on health workers will put an enormous strain on the health care facilities as many workers will walk. Many facilities from what I have been hearing are now walking back mandates for their employees so as to retain as many people as they can.

I have been a medicare agent for over 15 years.I worked for CVS the last 4.I was a top producer.They told me i needed the jab so I applied for religious exemption and got it after waiting almost 2 months.Then my asshole manager started harrassing me about being tested twice weekly and i was still working from home.I told him i didnt trust that either and he kept harrassing so I resigned under durress and hostile work environment.CVS wouldnt be in business without there medicare and medicaid payments which are in the billions.Although i enjoyed helping my clients recieve great benefits i do not know if i can continue in that field.The whole thing is corrupted.

They ruled against the OSHA mandate because OSHA did not have the authority to impose the mandate. And that makes sense.

They ruled for the Healthcare worker mandate for any institution that takes Medicare or Medicaid payment. And, like it or not, that makes sense too. The government supplies the money but there are strings attached.
Now what we need to do is make people understand that when the government gets involved they impose strings and this is why you want a limited, small government.

They did the right thing according to the law. Health and Human Services has expanded restrictions they were calling and those were upheld.

OSHA could not go that far with its current language. See that to be changing soon and a even larger mandate on the way....

I work for a clinic that operates mainly on Medicaid and Medicare and I can promise you if my company tries to make us get vaccinated the clinic will be closed in a month.

The case they were ruling on was a commerce case not a personal case against the vaccine mandate. Commerce between the Federal gov and the private and states' rights to mandate if legal in their states most mandates in states are illegal by the Bill of Rights under the constitution which cannot be infringed. They have to bring cases using both the constitutional law and Bill of Rights to get these thrown out along with them doing law to infringe on people's rights not to be used as experimental test subjects to a drug that has not been approved for regular use. You cannot force a person to take medicines against their will, and this has never changed, it is not as if the gov owns our bodies you know, if they force anyone to take a shot or lose their livelihood, they are nothing but an illegal government entity.

There are commerce clauses that are different than personal rights. This is what this Supreme court just rules on. If your hospital is not funded by the Federal Government you don't have to take the vaccine.

It is kind of grey area whether they made the right legal decision on that second case.

But, it is a different thing than the OSHA mandates. They are tying requirements to taking federal money. Understand that they will now expand this greatly. State departments of transportation can be forced to vaccinate employees if they take federal money for road maintenance. Obviously all of the federal employee and contractor mandates are still valid with this ruling also.

They will expand it and some states will fight back and some won't (guess which is which). What we need to do, though, is start working on creating and supporting doctors offices, hospitals, etc. that do not take federal money. Build a new system, completely, that is not intertwined with federal money.

One ruling says OSHA cannot regulate so broadly.
The other ruling says HHS can regulate medicare and medicaid providers.

Both are common sense rulings. And if Biden had kept the overall vax mandate with HHS where Trump was pushing his overall program, it probably would have been approved too.

OSHA is the wrong agency, good for us. It's supposed to regulate workplace hazards, not health protection.

I'm hoping this ruling spurs many physicians to organize outside of the CMS infrastructure and just not accept medicare and medicaid patients. It will create a two-tier healthcare system, but that's better than forcing everyone into the worst tier -- which is what Obama wanted from the beginning.

another point is, that hospitals that get the MEDICARE AND MEDICAID aid, means the Government is refunding 70% of their operating and servicing costs, will also have to mandate it per the SCOTUS ruling, so in essence

the plan is this, on the long run, they'll seek to destroy the small and medium businesses in order then for the Government to have the chance to bail them out, thus if they'll want the money that will save them from bankruptcy, you'll get the funds, but you'll need to take the jabs same as those above mentioned hospitals and the people working in them
