I'm in a small town, northern Minnesota.

They are older and trained and at 17 I can out run him LOL You will have to decide. I intend to get the dog, and not let the system mess with our pet. Just getting a bit worried re: what situations could arise. I don't recall any of this hassle existing for any of our family pets growing up, but things were simpler in the 70's & 80's. Yes you are correct. A lot more rules and regs now. We don't have much time left anyway, so screw it. I know, right? Our governments are crumbling, with a likely armageddon reality possibly mere moments away. Fuck a "dog license". Are the Chinese/russian troops or whoever going to be checking for dog papers? This world is trashed. We just want a beautiful German Shepherd to play with in the yard.
