What's confusing about the article are these two statements:

and then this:

I guess the explicit statement is to be believed but why the conflict?

Also, I've been hearing mixed things about the supposed fines in QC, does anyone know the truth? I hear unvaccinated will be fined, but others say it's only an additional fee if hospitalized.

All the details with the tax are supposed to be finalized within the next few weeks. People keep saying that it’s 50-100$…that is NOT what he said. Duclos said that the fines would have to be significant and not $50-100.

If it goes through, they want a fine on whoever didn’t take the shot, regardless if you go to hospital or not
