Looking at Sweden's military I see that it is not up to the task of fending off a Russian attack.

Of course Russia would only be able to use a part of its force on Sweden in a multi front war, but Sweden is probably still deficient by about half.

It's their own fault. Sweden once had a relatively formidable military.
