I swear to Gaia folks I have never in my live of 15 years interpreting EKGs like some of the rhythms I seen in the past few months.
I've seen Quad-Geminy with multi-focal PACs in atrial tachycardia (EKG interpretation for reg folks is 3 heartbeats with a Premature Ventricular Contraction) usually 2 or 3 bi or tri.. NEVER a quad or quint. Atrial tach being a triangular P wave before the QRS wave with is your normal heartbeat pulse as you will. most P waves are atrial contractions with a normal circular curve, these are triangular.
Ive seen healthy normal people with no underlying conditions get admit with just an ICD-10 code of covid 19; usually they put ALL chronic and acute stuff under that in SCM.. These people are having their co-morbitities eating them from the inside out right now exponentially, and this should scare the shit out of everyone here.
NEVER in 15 years have I ever had to interpret nor see some of the heart rhythms I am seeing right now. Even after bypass surgery on the CC side their are unknown anomolies present. like the fact now once transferred to a stepdown unit 75% of all patients after 1 day are reverting back to afib and some in RvR, or having short runs of SVT when they should be after a bypass.
This is more than you people know what is going on right now.
This shit is destroying their circulatory system at a cellular level.

lower chambers), or having short runs of SVT (Supraventricular tachycardia ie an abnormally fast or erratic heartbeat that affects the heart's upper chambers) when they should be (fixed?) after a bypass.
