I work for a health center and we will be forced out if we don’t get the shot. They did provide exemption forms for religion and medical, but will my non belief be acceptable as an exemption?

The ceo is a huge Christian, and nothing is wrong with that. Im sure he just assumes im one as well, but im not sure how this will go over..

There is no such thing as atheism. Everyone worships something. You could be a "follower of the church of science" and claim you have seen contrary evidence and your religion of science forbids ignoring the science ;)

Every person has a right to exemption, and I see no issues with an atheist using a "religious exemption".

Yes under federal employment law you absolutely do, atheism is a protected religion. It’s the “belief in the absence of God”. Not all religions have a centralized god

Of course, all of our federal and constitutional rights have gone out the window under emergency edicts.

You do NOT want that SHIT in you, that is your belief.

Religion is a belief system, so you have every right to us your belief system to be exempt.

Realistically every person should simply be able to say NO without an exemption.

No, the questionnaire for religious exemption is NOT LEGAL. Do not answer it. Instead provide HR with a letter that I will find and post here.

What do you have to lose? Even if they deny it you still bought some time to find a new job.

Thanks for the info!

Awaiting the letter.

It's on Reddit and I can't post the link. You'll have to figure out this.

This one is basic. You WANT that. Do not give unnecessary details. Treat this like you are dealing with the fucking cops. That is the kind of tactics these little shit commies are using.

This letter states the statutes they are breaking by asking you about your beliefs in regards to the law of religious exemption and reasonable accommodation.

The only change I made was to include Covid Testing in it as well. I refuse to be tested for this hoax.

Any sack of shit in HR sees this letter and it's going straight to the Lawyer at corporate who will likely tell them to stop fucking with you.

Thanks, I’m looking at it now.

Re: As an atheist, do I have a right to a religious exemption?
The word 'religion' is a generic term.
It has no specific definition, since it is a collective
noun, like 'God'.

It's like trying to define 'art'.

Notice that a great number of fundamentalist Christians
like to disparage what they call "religion", meaning to their way of thinking, something like Catholicism rather than Christianity.

So, you have core values and search for meaning.
That can be your religion.

A theism, or church affiliation, isn't the only form of
religious impulse and expression by any means.

Dear <Name of Employer/Organization>,
I am writing you to make you aware that I hold a specific religious belief that prevents me
from taking a Covid Vaccine. Per United States Federal Labor and Employment Law, my
religious beliefs cannot be used as grounds for any termination / retaliation / discrimination.
Additionally, I am under no obligation to be specific with you of these beliefs, to enumerate
them, or be asked or required to defend them.
Please be advised that vaccinations (and certain other medical procedures/applications)
violate my deeply held religious convictions. Accordingly, I am exercising my federally
protected rights under 42 USC § 2000e–2(a)(et seq) which read as follows:
Unlawful employment practices
(a) Employer practices
It shall be an unlawful employment practice for an employer—
(1) to fail or refuse to hire or to discharge any individual, or otherwise to discriminate against
any individual with respect to his compensation, terms, conditions, or privileges of
employment, because of such individual’s race, color, religion, sex, or national origin; or
(2) to limit, segregate, or classify his employees or applicants for employment in any way
which would deprive or tend to deprive any individual of employment opportunities or
otherwise adversely affect his status as an employee, because of such individual’s race,
color, religion, sex, or national origin.
Therefore, please place this letter in my appropriate HR file as a substitute for any such
"proof of vaccine" or "certificate of vaccine" that you may need.
Thank you.
