As an atheist, do I have a right to a religious exemption?
I work for a health center and we will be forced out if we don’t get the shot. They did provide exemption forms for religion and medical, but will my non belief be acceptable as an exemption?

The ceo is a huge Christian, and nothing is wrong with that. Im sure he just assumes im one as well, but im not sure how this will go over..

I'm a Christian, however, if Rachel Lavine can call himself a woman today, I see no plausible reason why atheism can't qualify for religious exception.

Even though the root word relegare denotes a re-joining to a higher concept, or deity, when you're as retarded as this society is, the re-joining to nothing seems reasonable.

I say go for it. Tell them you're a Taoist.

Who is a liar more than one who denies that Jesus is the Messiah?
One who denies the Father and the Son is antichrist.
Whosoever denies the Son does not have not the Father, either. - 1 John 2:22-23

On the form, they are asking me to explain when I found this religion and why it prevents me from taking the vaccine. I shouldn’t have to explain myself, that’s one problem I have with it.

I’m afraid they will deny me anyway, so what’s the point?

Re: As an atheist, do I have a right to a religious exemption?
Yes, OP there where many directions here at GLP that basically stated the laws that the organizations were breaking by questioning peoples religions or lack off.

All you have to say is it goes against your belief system. You ARE NOT required to explain your beliefs and how they prevent you from taking any kind of medication.

If they violate that you can sue them for discrimination.

What they are doing now is attempting to trick people into giving out information they can use against you. The same way cops do. Do not under any circumstances answer any of those fliers that HR sends out.

I will see if I can find the letter someone posted as an example here on GLP.

The point is to inundate the system. They can't process all the exemptions if enough people do it.

The organization I work for has had the exemptions on file from back in October and they stated after the New Year they wouldn't have them processed until March.

If anything it buys you some time.

I like that approach. It definitely seem like coercion, but since it’s now backed by the SC ruling, it’s probably legal.

You need only to express your personal conviction and stance that the vaccine interferes with your conscious and personally held beliefs. Religious exemption doesn't require membership in an organization.

No, the questionnaire for religious exemption is NOT LEGAL. Do not answer it. Instead provide HR with a letter that I will find and post here.

Re: As an atheist, do I have a right to a religious exemption?
Interesting question OP.

No one, believer or unbeliever should be coerced like this. This jab isn't even a vaccine. It doesn't keep people from getting sick, stop the spread, or keep people out of the hospital.

If you are backed into a corner maybe a good rapport with your boss will help you. If he likes, respects and values you enough maybe talking to him is your way out without bringing up religion but if he is an unthinking true believer in the jab you may be in trouble. Be careful. I don't agree but some believers have very ugly opinions of atheists as being immoral and lacking character.

You maybe need a lawyer if the mandate is coming.

Maybe this will help as a starting point.

This one is basic. You WANT that. Do not give unnecessary details. Treat this like you are dealing with the fucking cops. That is the kind of tactics these little shit commies are using.

This letter states the statutes they are breaking by asking you about your beliefs in regards to the law of religious exemption and reasonable accommodation.

The only change I made was to include Covid Testing in it as well. I refuse to be tested for this hoax.

Any sack of shit in HR sees this letter and it's going straight to the Lawyer at corporate who will likely tell them to stop fucking with you.

Because you believe something without having any absolute proof.
