Can we Really be Friends with White People?

as a black man living among blacks in a black community and intimately knowledgeable of the collective black psyche, I can honestly say, without a doubt, no, blacks cannot be friends with whites until blacks get revenge. It is after revenge that blacks will consider reconciliation. Blacks want nothing but to destroy whites for their historical misdeeds. Personally I do not hold to this sentiment; I am only sharing it with you to answer your question.

I've had black friends with whom I was as close to as my white friends. I see people, not colors.

I could care less who you're friends with, white or black. You're going to experience hurt and disappointment going through life and it's not skin-color dependent. I highly doubt he will ever come to that realization.

In the meantime, society is bending over backwards to recognize the black culture. 95% of TV commercials and new shows are blacks, mulattos, biracial and centered around black culture.
