I know that the earth is round and gravity works at least mostly like the science says because of ballistics and shooting guns.

To put this in the most simple way possible, everything from the way bullets fly to what targets I can see and what targets I can't see would only work on a round earth.

If water seeks it's level how are predictable tides produced on the flat earth model? They fluctuate quite dramatically on the globe earth model depending on the cycle of the moon. I doubt you have any answer to this that makes any sense.....
