It's also fair to say that many churches have been infiltrated and the word of God and its meaning distorted. I would love to say I understood revelatio nstraight away but I didnt. I listened more than a few times but I couldnt make it out. That was until these recent events started to occur and it all started making sense at least how I'm interpreting it anyway! There is also the rapture argument. Many believe they will be raptured before anything bad happens so they dont need to be on guard because they will be saved before anything happens. That's not how I read matthew or revelation. The antichrist makes war with the saints and overcomes them. There is those that have victory over the beast and those who are protected from certain events because they have the seal of God. To many examples of Gods people being present at various points. That's not to say a rapture of some kind doesnt occur, it's just I believe we all have to go through the horsemen if you follow that upto where the Angel's appear in revelation.
