no knocks are HIGHLY unconstitutional under the 4th and you are entitle to use whatever force is necessary to defend your fortress. PERIOD shoot anyone that bust your door down and take one of these pieces of shit with you.

Wrong address, wrong man, shot dead, no knock unconstitutional entry. What context do you need? Obviously, this can't be made right. An innocent is dead. I do wonder what recourse the relatives have. What value does a man's life have, notwithstanding the damage/destruction of the residence? How much effort in court will be necessary to extract even the most minimal compensation?
