Are you aware you can put subtitles on top of the original using captions. You can have multiple translations on the same video, which can be selected or turned off.

Yes, quite aware, thanks for suggestion. However the way we do it ensures anyone can download the video and view it on any platform and "off grid" + have the title and commentary in his own language.
