Get a heart rate monitor or a oximeter and ask him to walk around a little and report back whats happening

If its like me my O2 levels would drop and heart would race doing anything. Not vaxxed had covid, symptoms would or could be spike protein related.

Im now on blood thinners and heart meds to slow down my hart from the doctor. I was often 120 to 150 beats per minute(should be 80s 100 active and sleeping 60s 70s), blood pressure a little low too.

Then I would use Omega3 oil caps and Magnesium and Vitamin B supplements middle of the day. To strengthen the heart

At night sometimes I use propolis or NAC or nothing or a multi vitamin drink

Its a slow recover, really slow, you only see some tiny improvement after each week.

Also use a oximonitor(with alarm) to sleep with or in bed and see what position you breath and saturate your blood with O2 best. I find on my back or side is best, DOctors will tell you to sleep on your sides and swap around as needed.

Negative there...doctors will tell you that sleeping on your stomach is the absolute best way to treat your lungs during sleep time. Side is second best...I know as I'm currently still in hospital waiting for the day when my O2 supplementation gets down to 5L/MIN (currently they have me at 10L/min so I'm close to getting outta here).

You may be able to speed your lung recovery by using this simple therapeutic breathing protocol
