You just stated it - you saw a video, a media created image, and it triggered beliefs previously given to you by the same media.
Perhaps this will persuade you to realise that media productions were never for your entertainment but rather for your programming for this day.
For example, the covid media narrative of anal and nasal probes has triggered many to unknowingly associate aliens into the covid saga, just as you did today with a media clip.

Instead of this post, perhaps you should instead realise that the covid narrative is written by the same who wrote its fiction about aliens and that that groundwork was done to lay down beliefs so that you will believe their coming narrative shift on covid. And once perhaps you realise that the same media is involved in both, you may reject everything these liars taught you via their fiction.
