Came in at low angle from about 1/6 of the western sky only visible for 10-15 seconds b4 it went below western horizon.....

No, but let me ask you something. Did it have a tracer/tail that faded much like a sparkler does when you move it around in the dark? Reason I ask, the biggest brightest meteor I ever saw, was going horizontally across the sky did. Was near dusk, but still in the light. It was amazing, never seen anything like it before or since. Watched it go for about 6 seconds before its view went behind trees. I was in western PA in Allegheny mountains.
