It is a combination of fibrin and in some cases graphene oxide hydrogel.

The fibrinogen factor in white blood plasma forms fibrin under conditions of hyper inflammation. Fibrinogen also interacts with prion proteins in the vascular system in the astrocytes to create fibrin.

The jab causes plenty of misfolded prion like proteins.

So you add the hydrogel, the prions, and the fibrinogen to form massive lengths of hydrogel/fibrin goo.
