How long can those trucks idle before running out of fuel?
Quoting: Skorpio Good query! 12-13 days it seems. With a decent cabin you can store a lot of food as well. And [ link to truckergeek.com (secure)] Quoting: St Tidbits the Odd Very interesting! Quoting: Avenger1 And when they run out of fuel, the cabs are actually pretty comfy. Two people bundled up can stay pretty cozy. I would bundle up, assuming enough antifreeze in the engine, and just turn it on to warm it up a minute for a sponge bath or cooking. Then cuddle up under several sleeping bags rated below zero, and just prepare to outwait the siege. It's luxury compared to camping in a tent. But there are a lot of people there in cars too. They clearly came ready to party. Um...this is clearly a siege. I never thought I'd witness one with my own eyes. Surreal.
