I Have A Question For Big Pharma

So as I sit here watching the morning news I am subjected to many commercials for many drugs. In these commercials they tell me how it will change my life, I will not be sad, I will not have skin problems, they can cure cancer and so on. Then they quietly list all the horrible things that can happen to me if I take their drugs. Things like, lymphoma, diarrhea, rash, sore throat, arrythmia, dizziness, and possible death! So this brings me to the question. Why are there no commercials for The Vaccine? Also why didn't they come up with a name for "The Vaccine?" I would love to hear all the possible side effects. Just wondering....
