What was never realized is what the victim did as he drove by. His arm appears to be moving out the window and you hear a loud “pop” before Dashcam opens fire. I believe he threw something at the car, but this could have been a gunshot.

I’m not justifying Dashcam’s actions, but I’m curious if the victim was taunting him, such as brandishing a weapon, and this stirred Dashcam to arm himself.

Drive safe and with an easy mind people. Nothing in this world triggers me worse than bad drivers, and I know others are similar.

I read the other vehicle occupant threw a water bottle at the car. You know some road rage was going on with this guy because he had his gun out and ready to shoot.

It was a gunshot, the drivers passenger side window shatters before he opens fire. Whether or not the lazy ass cops found a gun in the other car is irrelvant, the driver on camera was shot at. Lots of illegal guns are shit, they won't even penetrate a car's body because the rifling is drilled out of the barrel to make it untraceable. The most they'll do is dent it. They will shatter glass on impact though and at high speed it's even less likely the bullet would have embedded into the car. It's probably laying on the floor of the car somewhere or maybe between the seat cushions. It might have just shattered the glass and ricocheted. Either way they ditched it before the cops showed up and regardless, the glass clearly shattered before the driver fired, he was shot at first and then he returned fire.

If he would have pulled that stunt in my state, they'd send him to prison for EVER! What a moron! Absolutely no regard for anyone's safety. Just firing the gun, not even aiming. Imagine losing a loved one to a stray bullet, and then seeing that video.
