Very interesting. I was going to post it but OP has done a better job than I would have and I have learned a lot from this post. Has any similar cluster happened in the past few years in this area?

As the earth heats up more and more within and out, before the 2012 solar plasma explosions, look for this to become more and more prevalent.

The aftershocks seem to be proceeding to the Northwest in the direction of San Andreas.

Quite a cluster of activity there. Like something wants to escape?!

I agree something is going on doesn't look good and with the magnetospheres going crazy also.

Hello all:

Upper level shear harmonic stress began to be detected again Sunday night.
However, it remains to be weaker than that which was observed prior to the M5.1 earthquake. This could change later on Monday. The fundamental harmonic energy went deep for the past 24 hours, and is just beginning to re-emerge again in the form of shear stress. The fundamental stress is the kind which holds a fault together with compression. The shear stress is the kind which reduces the friction that prevents slipping. The conversion between them is rather remarkable at times, and may take only hours to develop. The Seismic Alert should remain in effect until the threat of Shear Stress decreases. Keep a watch on the micro quakes, especially swarms which seem to pop up out of no where, for a particular region.
Channel 3 is what's used for detecting Shear Stress in near-real time. The Channel 2 nucleation of stress signal remains at 50 percent of what was detected during the height of the seismic alert. Do not be mislead by the relative calm taking place. It will soon return, and begin to seriously affect the stress levels in Southern California, and Northern Baja Mexico again. My next report may be delayed for a while.

The signals that i picked up last month
looks like they are starting to happen
and the area was for
SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA INTO MEXICO.

When there is this much of a delay, we
could be sitting on a very large
earthquake.

We have more signals out of the
SOUTH PACIFIC to INDONESIA,
however, i am expecting that area to
release pressure BEFORE we see
anything here first.

REMEMBER people that there were
over a hundred and twenty five
small MAIN signals for the area for
where that quake in Baja Calif hit
and North.

Rethinking with reading information and activity I wouldn't be suprised to see a 6+ in the next couple of days. Hope not I just think everyone should hold on tight in that area. 100,000 lost powere and Some were still with out power from the last 5 earthqauke a day ago. I hope this one didn't cause more disruption.

I would NOT want to be living in Berkeley, CA, not only for the upcoming BIG earthquake which will destroy it, but due to the A-holes running their city council.

Is there anyone (OP MAYBE???) on this thread who really KNOWS about what happens PRIOR to and EQ?

I really don't want to hijack this thread, but I live just south of KC.

I have a decoration on my kitchen wall that is made of wrought-iron. It hangs from a single nail on against an exterior wall. I was sitting at the kitchen table and looked up to see it begin to swing about one & 1/2 inch to its right...just about 1:45 pm today...and continued to swing back and forth for roughly 10 minutes. Besides me - 2 other witnesses to the swinging. No one else saw HOW it started....no wind, no push, and no other hanging item in the house was swinging. (I immediately thought EQ, but everything else was still). The ONLY thing I can consider is structural issues with the house (but there didn't seem to be any noise or settling sounds) or some kind of weird electro-magnetic occurrence. I thought these kinds of things were fairly common prior to an earthquake.

Anyone?

Magnetometers measure variations in the earth's magnetic field. Click on "About HAARP" heading at link provided by me for an explanation.

I have noticed over the years that wildly fluctuating magnetometers are usually accompanied by major events.....should have seen them during Katrina, too!!!! Off the chart activity.

I missed the first big one sleeping.. but this one was fun..
