Do you speak a second language? I'm pretty darn close to fluent in English, but my native language is Swedish. When you're getting emotional, your native language shines through. The first language you learn sits deeper in the brain. I may speak English, but if I stub my toe I'll curse in Swedish.

This woman is clearly having an emotional moment, and so her English deteriorates. It's normal.

IDK, the crying seemed fake. And I think the 'overly' chinese accent is something stereotypical mostly white people think chinese foreigners talk like. I could be wrong, but I think its almost a joke to think that lady can't speak english in a perfectly normal english way. In other words she's acting, but why?

If she were real old, like a grandma old, its a accent that you sometimes kind of here, but for a bit younger woman, like middle aged, its cliche, and I seriously doubt she doesnt speak perfectly fine english in an intelligent manner.

Chinese-born lady climbs up to thank truckers inside cab to personally hand them money (from her friend). Says she has been crying all week, and she doesn't want Canada to turn into the country she left 20 years ago. Can't understand all of it, but it was very touching!!
