Anyone else getting some serious stutter on the verizon fios 4k olympic channel?

I don't endorse watching this crap but i flicked over for a second and noticed some serious issues with the video being choppy. Doesn't happen on netflix so my cables seem ok but my tv downstairs is not showing video issues on the 4k channel. Troubleshoot or just cut the cord on verizons bullshit at this point?
