Yep, if you want the real current state of the housing market, look at mid size housing start ups in your area. All the ones around here are shut down. Just sitting there. I know people who have walked away on their deposits because the house they were going to buy is more expensive than a comparable house as rates increase. The builders are not getting their scheduled payouts for phases due to issues with housing. Shits going to implode. LOL All the work is being centered around existing homes, and renovations.
