The most important thing that I can tell you is that Jesus is real and his name is actually Yahsua or Joshua but sadly he is the only person who can save you because he is the only one who has the ability to forgive your sins, and this is a requirement if you want to spend eternity living with a holy God whose holy presence you would not survive unless you are first forgiven by Jesus. When Jesus resurrected from the dead he got a new spiritual body, and when Jesus resurrects us from the dead he will give us the same body I believe, and this is the body we need to survive the presence of God which is like an unapproachable light, even the Angels have to cover their eyes when they have to come close to God, and he will be living with us in the afterlife, and so we will need to be forgiven and resurrected by Jesus and given a new body to be able to live with God in Paradise in the afterlife.

It was God's original plan for us to live freely and to pursue our passions and the desires of our heart without the stress of needing to work hard to be able to enjoy our lives.

While you are most likely not going to be able to get rich in one day, unless you are actually ready to be rich, there are things you can do to make it happen much faster than it is currently happening for most people.

You have to be the person who is able to handle large sums of money. If someone gave you 10k right now, what would you do with it? Would you spend about a thousand on alcohol or drugs, would you pursue other worldly lusts that are going to hinder your spiritual development?

The point is, if you are not ready to be rich, then it most likely is not going to happen, and you are going to have to work hard if you want to be rich, but if you are ready, if you have your vices under control, and if you are not going to be ruined by a large sum of money, then you do not have to work hard to get it, you only have to ask, and believe, and you will receive it, much faster than you might expect, and in mysterious ways that you would not expect, it will just start showing up until you have more than you know what to do with.

So the secret is to first become someone who is not going to spend the money on bad things or waste it on useless things, and second you need to believe and have faith, Jesus said it best: "Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours."

Sadly the best diet would be a vegeterian diet with supplements, but since most are not willing to give up eating meat and because the extra protein can be great for people who are active and building stronger muscles, I would therefore say the best diet is a pescaterian diet that includes eating seafood.

The hard part is staying away from sweet snacks, as well as salty snacks, and processed foods.

It is also important to try to stop eating as early as possible before it gets dark outside and to only eat for a set period of time, something commonly called intermittent fasting where you only eat for around 8-12 hours a day, and a mistake many people make is that they continue to consume sugary beverages, or anything really, it is important to drink only water, preferably distilled water in my opinion, for the remainder of the time, and this will allow your body to save a lot of energy because it does not have to process anything through your digestive system, and so it can focus this energy on healing, recovery, or even things like more mental clarity. You know how you feel tired and lazy after a huge meal, that is because it takes a lot of work for your body to digest things like meat and pasta, and so if you can avoid eating too much and eating heavy foods, you will feel much better and have much more energy.

It is also a good idea to eat something for breakfast, not a huge meal, but something to break your fast from the night so that your body does not have to stress out wondering if there will be more food later in the day or if your body needs to start to go into conservation or survival mode, by eating in the morning you are telling your body to relax because there is enough food to eat for you to survive.
