I use Publix mostly because it is near my home. I load up on their BOGO's for future use. I don't buy anything there that is not on sale or closeout.
They have Wolf chili for $1.20 a can right now. That is a great deal. I wanted to buy it all but always leave some behind for the next person.

You have to be open to new possibilities. That is why it is important to learn to cook from scratch. Then any sales or markdowns are valuable. Last week I found packages of boneless pork spareribs for 1.99 marked down from 6.75. I bought two. In the freezer they went. Perfect for stir fries. The deals are out there. You just have to look carefully.
