I felt great the last few days. And at like 2 pm, BAM! I feel awful. Angry, desolate, bitter, violent. It's really scary. Has anyone else experienced this today? I took some b vitamins, theonine and Magnesium. Gonna drink some lemon balm tea as well.  I can relate. Yesterday I felt really down for no reason, it's a little better today. It's almost as if I'm experiencing someone else's emotions...nearly gutted me.
