What Country would ordinarily accept their neighbors to flee if the need arose?

Borders being closed off and harder to get through since 9eleven, Covid and now the Marshall Law all been a slow build up.

If America is invaded it will likely be done through the South or Coastal areas.

If the average Joe needed to regroup or retreat he would seek asylum in Canada.

Would Americans or Canucks try going to Mexico? No there would be no help anyways. And that's where and why the border is ran so how it is. Only to let them in but to prevent us from getting out. The walls were to keep us rounded up and caged in.

We're completely border locked. The only familiar people's practically our brothers and sisters have become inaccessible and thrown their own set of major problems.

If we were to ever be invaded or vice versa it would be during not only America's but also Canada's weakest moment.
