The mass-murderer Vladimir Lenin, uh, Putin is correct about how the world has changed and won't go backwards. Ukraine needs to surrender the Donbas region and refer to it as the nation of West Ukraine as long as Putin ends the war. East Ukraine needs to be admitted to the EU & NATO, receive Western military bases and go on the Euro.

Also, the US and all nations need to recognize the continental divide of Russia and separate it into East Russia Asia and West Russia Europe. The UN can then be restructured into the Five United Continents Council (FUCC).
