Surely, most here are aware that IF there is confirmed indication of COG operations in play, said operations would mean one of two possibilities:

1) There is a very clear and likey threat to this nation of unprecedented scale. Bear in mind, there are other catastrophic potentials aside from war, such as natural occurrences, attacks launched internally or threats intentionally ignored.

2) The bunker runs are sheer political theater performed solely for our consumption and manipulation - a PSYOP. If this option proves accurate, one could expect the typically sensitive COG operations to become public knowledge with relative ease as such a PSYOP would need a target audience to be effective.
