Crypto - might actually be a safe haven
Today's crypto market movement & inflows appear to suggest that there is more movement towards harnessing the international crypto markets as a hedge against international fiat instability.

At least for now it seems to offer some functional anchors against rapid swings in fiat markets & inflationary devaluation.

Sure doesn't appear that it will be going to $0 any time soon...

Some very big increases today - more than 20% on a handful of tokens

Re: Crypto - might actually be a safe haven
Depends on how you define "safe".

There's a lot of highly complicated stuff that needs to be running smoothly to keep cryptos operational. It is incredibly infrastructure depending.

See it as "third party risk": Your bitcoins can become useless if someone else's stuff stops working, or stops being profitable. So whatever safety it may give you is limited.

Gold is the ultimate safe haven simply because it doesn't need anything or anyone to work.

Same with banks and credit cards though

And in a world without btc or banks gold is only worth so much, and you'd have to defend it with bullets if it's actually worth anything as you wouldn't have the police to call for help

Yeah watch them dump this coin the moment WW3 starts. Would not be surprised if the daily golden cross turns into a fake out in perfect timing for a huge dump when Putin actually invades Ukraine

Re: Crypto - might actually be a safe haven
You never know. Is it going to spike or crash? The answer is both, over and over again. That emotional roler coaster is how they fleece you. Warren Buffet says you have to be able to watch your investments drop 50% without flinching for stock market, but cryptos can drop 90% and then take off 10000% two days/weeks/months/years later. There's a reason the say HODL (Hold On for Dear Life).@

hesright

The feds stole all the crypto from truckers.

They should’ve never done that. That destroyed the public’s trust in it.

I will never invest in crypto now in my life. Only physical assets I can hold in my hand.

Guns
Ammo
Preps
Precious metals
MRE’s and foods that last long term

Anything digital is a waste of money.

Start pouring all your savings into crypto now. I suggest a new coin that will 100x just like SHIB, it is called RBIF. Buy now.
