GLPFAQ How do I post pictures in a thread?

I have an enhanced member...why can't I post pictures?!!

I successfully uploaded an avatar pending approval. In order to post pictures on threads you must upload them into smiles and make sure they are the correct file type and within allowable size, which I did but I continue to get an error has occured message in red letters.

Note that you cannot upload PNG files as smilies but JPG works.
