More than half the moms had Bachelors degrees or higher. They were discussing gene mutations and recent research not potatoes. Plus most were against suppressing fevers.

It was orthomolecular treatments with high dosing Vitamin C or D. There was supplements and dietary changes to detox metals, or to raise levels of micronutrients.

The best thing is sleep and push fluids to protect kidneys from damage due to the high temperatures. I think that every home should have IV fluids or lactated ringers to protect your body from dehydration. Electrolyte imbalance is also a result of dehydration and may affect the mental state (brain fog).
