It is a big, heavy, HInd, armored gunship helicopter.

It's a flying tank.

It is not a nimble little scorpion. It flies like a tank. Straight line, heavy assed gunship.

And it looks to be about 150 feet off the ground. Pretty low if you don't want to hit trees. :)

Well, it looked pretty real to me. How does helicopter identification impact my ability to drive? It almost never has come up as an issue so far. LOL.

The video is of good quality. Maybe someone wanted to have a nice video of whatever type of man pad they fired? The manufacturer of the weapon would likely pay some money for it, or Youtube would get a lot of hits, or just simply some person that wanted a good quality video of a helicopter getting shot down.

I wasn't there though. Could be anything. Maybe Aliens!

Dude, it is a short clip of a helo getting shot down.
There is not 5 minutes of 360 degree footage to satisfy your idle curiosity. There is a war going on. Live ordinance getting expended. They have better things to do than produce a bunch of B roll footage for you to get statistics on the military air traffic.

To fake this, they would need a stinger missile and a helicopter, and be willing to sacrifice a pilot and a helicopter in the middle of a war.

This is clearly fake. Video camera don't exist and the world is flat so how could this possibly be recorded??

The video is real but everything else is fake. I think that about covers it.

I can t say for sure if its fake or not. However the debris hitting the ground mid field is strange. There is 1 or 2 pieces that hit the ground, flare up and disappear in a very unnatural way. I just looks off to me.
