Everyone has an inflated idea of who they are. I was one . I've cut 50 pounds of fat while maintaining muscle. I'm way smaller then I thought. Still very muscular for not using steroids. From xxl shirts to large. No beer and weigh all my food to stay in a calorie deficit. I used to bench 405 so I thought I was more fit then I was. 2 more months of dieting I think ill be super lean .
